ProPlan Estimating is working with an aim to provide cost-effective and efficient cost-estimating and consultation services to the real estate development and construction industry. Our team consists of thirteen experienced estimators who are experts in almost every trade related to construction. We provide reliable and comprehensive estimates and quantity take-offs for residential, commercial and industrial projects. Our estimates are specialized with detailed line items and we prioritize our client’s convenience by following CSI MasterFormat divisions. To ensure accuracy, we use various tools such as Bluebeam, Planswift, RS Means, Trimble, Cost Works, FastPIPE, Xactimate, FastDUCT, and Quest Estimating for estimate purposes. Our estimates are based on RS-means for pricing and our cost database which is derived from our previous projects and experiences. We also call local vendors to ensure up-to-date pricing for a specific region.

Our process begins when clients upload project details. We then conduct a client brief to define the project and provide a quote for our construction cost estimating services. We typically complete most estimates within 72 hours and to provide the completed cost estimate with comprehensive and accurate details.

Our pricing is project-based rather than hourly-based. Our estimates are ideal for contractors who are busy and want a "On-Demand" quotation. Most contractors only submit bids for a small number of jobs each month, and our rates are typically less expensive than hiring a full-time inside estimator.

Our delivery time for the majority of jobs is 2 to 3 business days. Larger or more complicated projects may occasionally require 6 to 8 or even 10 business days. Before beginning, we will always provide you an anticipated time period. You can either add a minor expedite charge to cover extra expenses with a fixed date if you have a rush project that needs to be completed sooner than 6 days after we receive your proposal.

Yes! At the initial phases of planning and design, we typically collaborate with architects, developers, and owners. Our team can provide a building cost estimate if you have preliminary designs or a concept of what you want to create so you can make informed design and purchase choices.
Your price will be accurate and competitive since our estimates are based on the zip code of your job and are quite accurate. Our estimates are intended to serve as a starting point for you to determine price, and you may make any necessary changes on the Excel Spreadsheet we provide you. You may directly override any of our predicted pricing as well as alter Supervision, Equipment, Profit. The Craftsman National Construction Estimator Database, which is updated frequently each year, is where we get our labour and material costs. We adjust our estimates based on variables like changes in productivity, equipment, etc. Our estimating team is made up of construction professionals with a lot of practical experience. For instance, if a wall is 20 feet high, we will need to adjust the labour cost to account for a lift as well as slower productivity.
